What You'll Do

Be the Procore Powerhouse

• Lead company-wide Procore administration—user permissions, project templates, workflows, and configurations.
• Customize forms, dashboards, and fields so every project runs like a well-oiled machine.
• Keep Procore seamlessly integrated with accounting, scheduling, and other enterprise systems.

Train. Support. Champion.

• Deliver hands-on training and workshops that make even the least tech-savvy feel like pros.
• Create clear guides and resources so answers are always at hand.
• Be the bridge between the field, the office, and Procore support—solving issues fast and keeping projects moving.

Standardize & Simplify

• Drive consistency across RFIs, submittals, change management, and daily logs.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance so leadership can trust the data.
• Build and distribute reports and dashboards that give senior management a 360° view of performance.

Lead Continuous Improvement

• Stay ahead of the curve with Procore updates, new features, and industry best practices.
• Recommend and implement system improvements that cut risk and boost efficiency.
• Partner with Operations and IT to align Procore with company goals.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, IT, or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years in construction project management or systems administration.
• Proven Procore Administrator or Super User experience.
• Strong knowledge of Procore modules—Project Management, Financials, Quality & Safety, Field Productivity.
• Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, drawing management, change orders, closeout, and integrations with ERP, scheduling, or BIM/VDC.
• Data wizardry with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Communication and training skills that bring people along with you.
• Procore Certified credential a plus. EPC/design-build experience even better.
