Overview

Element Dental & Orthodontics Conroe has an opening for an experienced Associate Dentist to join the team in Conroe, Texas. This established practice with 10+ years of helping families celebrate healthy, happy smiles is growing and offers a 4-5 day workweek, including 2 Saturdays per month. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available.

You will work alongside Dr. Eric Flesher and the team, maintaining clinical autonomy while providing comprehensive dentistry. You will be able to do a little bit of everything crowns, bridges, fillings, oral surgery, endodontics, cosmetics, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dentistry to patients.
• Perform a range of procedures including crowns, bridges, fillings, oral surgery, endodontics, cosmetics, and related treatments.
• Maintain clinical autonomy while collaborating with the team.
• Deliver compassionate, worry-free care and build relationships with patients.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.
• Valid state dental license (or in the process of obtaining).
• Ability to maintain state-required insurance coverage.
• Ability to travel as needed.
