Director of Operations Opportunity Description

A Home Health organization is seeking a high-level Director of Operations for their growing Home Health operation based in the Houston, TX area. Home Health operations leadership experience is required. A registered nurse is preferred. This person will manage strategic and daily operations, financials, clinical performance, census growth, and help to create a positive culture. Experience with start-ups, M&A, and scaling growth is essential. Houston market experience is a must.

Director of Operations Job Requirements

• Strong Home Health leadership experience.
• Excellent understanding of Medicare Home Health, Medicaid, and Private Insurance.
• Experience with multi-site growth, M&A, and start-ups.
• Registered Nurse preferred.

Director of Operations Job Responsibilities

• Oversee P&L and day-to-day branch operations.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Hire, train, mentor, motivate, and retain staff.
• Participate in growth strategy, M&A, and start-up planning and execution.
