A Day In The Life
The Lead, Compliance& Ethics, Public Affairs and Philanthropy will be a vital member of the TFG Compliance and Ethics Department and will report to the Chief Global Compliance Officer. The role will also play a key role in supporting the TFG Public Affairs and Philanthropy team and have a dotted line to the Director, Public Affairs and Philanthropy. The Lead will work with the other members of the Compliance and Ethics Department to implement TFG's Business Conduct Program across TFG and to drive the development of compliance and ethics programs at the other companies in the TFG Enterprise. The Lead will also support the TFG's efforts to maintain compliance with regulations, manage public affairs initiatives, and assist with corporate philanthropy efforts which will contribute to the positive public image and social responsibility of the organization.
