Associate Director, Resource Navigation

Hybrid – Houston, TX | $95,000–$110,000 + Annual Bonus | Mission-Driven Nonprofit

About the Role

Connective is seeking an Associate Director of Resource Navigation to lead systems that strengthen benefit and resource navigation, expand access to services, and build resilience across Greater Houston. You'll oversee program design and implementation, cultivate partnerships with government, philanthropy, and nonprofit leaders, and secure sustainable, multi-year investment.

What You'll Do

• Build and grow a portfolio of initiatives that expand access to benefits and services.
• Design and deliver human-centered, tech-enabled programs that improve client experience and increase provider impact.
• Oversee budgets, teams, and performance to ensure excellence and accountability.
• Support fundraising and business development to secure sustainable, long-term investment.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years in program management, project delivery, or design strategy, ideally in mission-driven settings.
• Experience managing tech-enabled programs (i.e., CRM, data).
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and building partnerships, with a track record of contributing to fundraising and business development.
• Preferred: Background in social services, disaster recovery, or housing, and/or familiarity with collaborative efforts and intermediary roles.

Compensation and Benefits
