Director, Graduate Admissions and Recruitment

We are seeking a visionary Director of Graduate Admissions and Recruitment to lead efforts that will grow our graduate community and strengthen UHD's role as Houston's engine of upward mobility.

In this pivotal role, you'll lead the development and execution of strategies that attract, recruit, and enroll talented graduate students across our diverse and growing programs. You'll collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to build strong pipelines, elevate the graduate student experience, and ensure a seamless path from inquiry to enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Lead admissions and recruitment initiatives that showcase UHD's graduate programs across Houston and beyond.
• Design and deliver outreach strategies — from graduate fairs to corporate partnerships to digital campaigns — that inspire prospective students to take the next step.
• Cultivate relationships with employers, undergraduate institutions, and professional associations to build strong enrollment pipelines.
• Partner with academic departments to highlight program strengths and guide students seamlessly from inquiry to enrollment.
• Coach and inspire your team, ensuring they deliver an exceptional experience to every prospective student.
• Use data and trends to refine strategies and drive measurable results.
