Synergy Care is looking for a qualified Rehab Director for an open position in Conroe, TX. This is an Independent Living facility with and OP clinic to treat residents. You must be a licensed therapist.

In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist. Experience in Outpatient and as a Rehab Director is helpful (not required).
