On behalf of our client—a growing company in the utility services industry—we are seeking three dependable and motivated Call Center Representatives to join their customer service team. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers a path to long-term employment, competitive pay, and a hybrid work schedule in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Job: Call Center Representative (Non-Bilingual)
Location: Hybrid – Katy, TX 77449 or Pinehurst, TX 77362
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $19.57/hr + potential overtime during peak periods/month-end
Industry: Utility Services / Customer Service

Hybrid Work Schedule:

  • Remote: Mondays & Fridays (must have strong home Wi-Fi; equipment provided)

  • On-Site: Tuesdays–Thursdays at the Katy, TX office or Pinehurst/Magnolia, TX office, depending on space availability

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls from utility customers

  • Assist with billing inquiries, account updates, and general service questions

  • Document customer interactions and update records accurately

  • De-escalate concerns and provide resolutions with professionalism

  • Navigate internal systems to resolve and escalate service issues as needed

  • Meet performance and quality benchmarks consistently

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English

  • 2–3 years of customer service experience (call center or utilities background preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Must have reliable transportation for in-office days

  • Willingness to work occasional overtime, especially during month-end

  • Flexibility to report to Katy or Pinehurst/Magnolia, TX office based on space
