Job Details

Be responsible for producing custom components and assembly according to blueprints, adhering to a production schedule, ensuring that all parts are properly fitted, aligned and secured and ensuring that safety standards are always met. You will: Assemble all components per bill of material, work instructions, and company process following procedures for product assembly/fabrication, equipment operation, and safety requirements as documented in the companys quality system. Test products, equipment, and materials per the production department and companys quality system procedures. Work alongside team members while striving for the daily production goals. Understand quality procedures and where they are located. Follow all safety rules and guidelines. Understand, follow, and actively participate in lean initiatives (hr x hr documenting, line standard work, MDI, 5 s).
