Job summary:

The Construction Cost Estimator will primarily handle cost estimates for a portfolio of projects within the Houston area; develop conceptual estimates with minimal assistance using preliminary design documents and information; support Project Managers in reviewing contractor change proposals, material substitutions, and value engineering solutions.

Required skills:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Experience utilizing RS Means.
• Management / Supervisory capacity within construction.
• Experience with cost estimates in new construction, renovations, and infrastructure.
