We are seeking a talented Director of Banquets to lead an exceptional team at this iconic property.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the highest quality of food, beverage, and service for all banquet functions.
2. Supervise and coordinate activities of all banquet associates.
3. Maintain effective communication within and between departments to exceed guest expectations.
4. Manage labor and costs within budgetary guidelines.
5. Implement and support hotel policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of Banquets Management experience.
• Experience in large hotel or resort environments is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage financial systems and cost controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to delegate, train, and coach effectively.
