Job Title: Director of Warehouse & Distribution

The Director of Warehouse & Distribution is responsible for overseeing and leading the overall operational administration and management of all HFB warehouse, inventory, and distribution activities to meet safety and operation standards established by the Executive Team of the Houston Food Bank and the Feeding America network.

This position oversees warehouse safety, sanitation standards, and implements strategies to advance HFB's mission aligned with Strategic Goals. Responsibilities include planning and executing warehousing, inventory, and distribution activities, developing departmental budgets, and nurturing reporting staff members. The director evaluates current systems and procedures for necessary improvements and maintains high customer service levels for partners, neighbors, donors, and volunteers.
