Position Responsibilities

As a Caregiver/Resident Assistant, you will provide direct care to residents, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility, and incontinence care. You will also keep care records, report changes in residents' conditions, and interact effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public.

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; successful completion of required training per state regulations.
  • Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
  • Ability to work responsibly both independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public.
  • Honest, fair, dependable, respectful of confidentiality, and mindful of residents' rights and privacy.
  • Must meet health requirements and pass a background check.
