The Onsite Coordinator is responsible for determining efficiency, effectiveness and quality of our product and serves as a liaison between customers and vendors.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Service existing accounts.
• Responsible for the processes as well as administrative and operations functions.
• Interact with both customers and vendors to complete sales orders and follow them through the invoicing process.
• Provide technical sales support and product consulting to customers.
• Cultivate and grow customer base.
• Perform warehouse and/or driver duties, when required and other duties assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High School diploma and/or equivalent.
• Written and oral communication skills, both internal and external.
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Experience with PVF and MRO supplies preferred
• Computer (Microsoft Office - Excel and Word) and SAP skills.
• Work closely with other departments or business units.
• Analytical skills, objectivity and organizational skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure in fast-paced work environment.

This role is responsible for:
•Overseeing and coordinating the in-house maintenance team
•Daily inspection report for all facility compressors
•Daily inspection report for all facility cranes
•Daily inspection report for all facility overhead doors
•Daily inspection report for all company owned forklifts
•Daily inspection report for all rental forklifts
•Daily inspection report for profilers
•Daily inspection report for rollers
•Coordinating all vendor required maintenance and service calls
•Overseeing all vendor required maintenance and service calls, no vendors allowed to work on any equipment without supervision
•Validating and vetting service estimated and PO requests
•Prioritizing and fixing all maintenance requests, daily
•Supervising the Tool Room
•Reporting any issues to leadership team
•Cost conscious decision making
