We are seeking a highly motivated and sales driven leader to take on the role as General Manager to join our team! This is a great position for someone who loves sales and is passionate about helping our members achieve their health and wellness goals. This role involves spending time working at a designated club to improve sales, overall processes and develop and lead a team of leaders to do the same. Candidates must have great people skills, willingness to learn and a strong desire to help others achieve optimal results. An ideal candidate must have a passion for fitness, demonstrate a drive for success, and a history of commitment, delivering results and motivating clients.

Position Purpose: Develop a team that delivers exceptional customer experience and hits business objectives.

Core Purpose: To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.

Other Responsibilities:

1. Employee behavior and success
2. Club cleanliness
3. Building and equipment maintenance and safety -- including training of CPR and AED
4. Overall operations of club

Accountabilities:

1. Membership Sales (Club and Individual - including services, products, programs)
2. Payroll Budget
3. Employee training, coaching, success and problem resolution
4. Customer Service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution)
5. Fitness Sales Pipeline
6. Employee and member safety

Other Requirements:

• Must successfully pass Background Check.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
