Applications Engineer – BESS / Solar

We're working with a leading player in the clean energy space that's driving innovation across Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Solar solutions in the U.S. They're currently looking to bring on an experienced Applications Engineer to help bridge the gap between engineering and customer success — someone who's as comfortable solving technical problems as they are supporting commercial growth.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the design, integration, and optimization of BESS or solar systems for utility-scale and C&I projects
• Working closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver tailored technical solutions
• Engaging with customers to understand their needs, provide guidance, and ensure successful deployment
• Helping define technical requirements and assisting with proposals and RFP responses

What they're looking for:

• Proven experience working with BESS or solar (or both) in a technical applications or systems engineering role
• Strong understanding of grid-connected systems, power electronics, and energy storage technologies
• Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex engineering into clear, customer-facing solutions
• Based in the U.S. and eligible to work without sponsorship

Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr
