Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager at Frankel Design Build in The Woodlands. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and delivery. They will collaborate with architects, interior designer, sub-contractors, and our purchasing team to ensure the success of the project.

• Experience in project management, including planning, organizing, and coordinating resources
• Strong logistics management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Proficiency in construction management software
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
