Job Summary and Qualifications

The Director of Strategy & Analytics is responsible for assessing and discovering growth opportunities, generating analytical insights, and developing the business cases and recommendations for projects essential for the strategic growth of HCA Houston Healthcare. These projects encompass acute settings of care, ambulatory network, service line growth, and overall strategic priorities for our HCA Houston Healthcare Division.

What You Will Do In This Role:

• You will provide the analytical depth and problem-solving expertise, the stakeholder engagement, and the executive communications to substantiate the growth avenues and roadmaps postulated by our team.
• You will engage in project-based evaluation of growth priorities for Regional Senior leadership, Service Line Leadership, and Hospital Executive Leadership.
• You will serve as point of contact and resource for succinct operational and financial performance insights, as well as data-driven recommendations of growth projects in the pipeline of Division Senior Strategic and Planning leadership.

What Qualifications You Will Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field is required.
• Master's Degree in MBA, MHA, or closely related field.
• Minimum two years in management consulting or investment banking.
• Strong preference for healthcare industry exposure, especially in providers/hospitals.
