Position Overview
The Project Manager for the Mobility Infrastructure Group in the Design Services Group oversees the management and delivery of engineering and infrastructure projects from conception to completion. This role includes defining project scope and schedules, allocating resources, and providing technical support to professional staff. The Project Manager leads communications with project teams, ensuring successful project delivery. Responsibilities include planning and executing feasibility studies, preliminary engineering design, alternative analysis, risk analysis, cost estimation, environmental clearance and mitigation, final design, right-of-way acquisition, and utility coordination and relocation. Initially focusing on parking lots, roadways, sidewalks, and trails, the Project Manager's work may expand across various engineering fields based on their expertise and initiative.
