To support the cemetery development department through the creation and implementation of mapping standards for existing developments ranging from buildings to parcels of land.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. 75% Drafting and Mapping
   1. Use AutoCAD experience to produce a variety of mapping exhibits.
   2. Examine and edit CAD drawings and surveys.
   3. Format drawings for cloud-GIS consumption.
2. 15% Project Documentation and Reporting
   1. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical drawings.
   2. Generate regular progress reports for internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and achievements.
   3. Compile project close-out documentation, including as-built drawings, warranties, and operation manuals.
3. 10% Project Planning and Coordination
   1. Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
   2. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
   3. Conduct site visits and inspections to assess progress and address issues or concerns.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. Education
   1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
   2. In lieu of degree 5 years of experience.
2. Certification/License
   1. Valid state driver's license in good standing.
3. Experience
   1. AutoCAD certification and experience preferred but not required.
   2. GIS experience is desirable but not required.
4. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
   1. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
   2. Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
   3. Ability to travel as needed.
   4. Work indoors and or outdoors during all seasons and weather conditions.
   5. Local and/or multiple location traveling required.
   6. Comply with Corporate dress code policy.

Work Postures

1. Sitting continuously for many hours per day, up to 6 hours per day.
2. Occasional, continuous periods of time standing, up to 6 hours per day.
3. Climbing stairs to access buildings frequently.

Physical Demands

1. Physical effort requiring manual dexterity is required, includes paperwork, calculators, computers, and phone usage.
2. Lifting of boxes, laptops, etc.

Work Hours

1. Working beyond “standard” hours as the need arises.
2. Travel up to 50%.
