Property Tax Senior - Downtown Houston

The Property Tax Senior will be responsible for managing the company's property tax compliance and planning.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and filing property tax returns
• Assessing and appealing property tax values
• Negotiating property tax abatements
• Managing audits and litigation
• Providing tax-related reports and schedules

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' property tax experience in mid/large businesses or consulting
• CMI, CPA preferred
• Strong Excel and SAP skills
• Experience with property tax valuation methods
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the energy or renewables industry preferred
