A growing clinical laboratory is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee lab efficiency, compliance, and performance. This leadership role requires a balance of strategic planning, operational management, and quality assurance to drive success.

What You'll Do:

• Operational Oversight – Manage daily lab workflows, optimize turnaround times, and ensure smooth operations.
• Regulatory Compliance – Maintain CLIA, CAP, FDA, and HIPAA standards, overseeing inspections and quality control programs.
• Leadership & Team Management – Supervise lab managers, technicians, and staff while fostering a strong workplace culture.
• Financial Management – Oversee budgeting, cost control, and profitability while ensuring operational efficiency.
• Strategic Growth & Innovation – Lead expansion efforts, implement new technologies, and drive business development.
• Client & Stakeholder Relations – Ensure top-tier service delivery and maintain key relationships with healthcare providers.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience running a clinical lab in Toxicology & Molecular (blood testing a plus).
• Strong background in CAP or COLA quality control and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to grow a lab while maintaining high-quality standards (must provide metrics & examples).
• Confident leader with the ability to mentor and develop teams.
