We are seeking a front desk receptionist for our NE Austin executive and manufacturing offices. This person is in a highly visible role and must have polished professionalism and must be able to assist callers and guests in a confident and friendly manner. This job also entails some data entry accounting, so some experience is a plus. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an upbeat personality and pleasant phone demeanor to become a valuable asset to this team. This position requires a person here at 8 am so we are looking for a VERY punctual person. Also a neat and organized person is a MUST.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Greet and help clients and vendors
  • Answer/transfer/route all calls, take messages as needed
  • Help with customer service (on the phone or in person)
  • Help with data entry
  • Provide administrative support as needed (faxing, filling, etc.)
  • Scan and route documents


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Internet
  • Detail oriented and must be highly organized
  • Must be punctual - work hours are 8 am - 5 pm Mon - Fri
  • Accounting skills are a plus, but not required
  • Job functions may be modified as necessary and miscellaneous duties may be added as required.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:


  • At least 1 year of previous Receptionist experience
  • Experience with a multi-line phone
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment such as as copier, scanner, printer and fax machine
  • Must be able to type at least 40 wpm
