Performs a variety of manual tasks. Cutting and cleaning material. Hold purge for welders. Bolting and assembling units. Must be able to respond to changing needs of the department. Assist welders. Handle material. Cut/clean material. Must be able to assemble and operate tools. perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly or occasionally required to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift, twist, kneel, squat. Must be able to talk and hear. The employee is required to have mobility in hand and fingers and must be able to feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move in excess of 20 pounds.
